The home of an ocean lover and an old dream come true
Marie DiManno, the owner of this beautiful house, is a person that loves the body of water. She got this passion from her husband who sadly dies in 2004. Even so, her honey for the sea didn't die with him. The two used to live in a lovely house on the Rockaway Peninsula in Queens, just thirty feet from the ocean but information technology was never what Marie wanted. She wanted an urban prewar home, not a beach house, so she moved into an flat.

At that moment, she realized what the way everything looked in the previous dwelling house and the style information technology look in the new apartment are ii very different things. What used to be a reminder of the ocean is not but a simple decoration. The apartment originally had tiny rooms only they were opened up to make them more blusterous and spacious. Interior windows were installed and they connect the rooms and allow low-cal to travel from i room to another.
